Heritage Centre seeks community representative committee members

The Geelong Heritage Centre is currently seeking applications from members of the community interested in joining the Geelong Heritage Centre Collection Advisory Committee.

The committee provides advice and recommendations to the Geelong Regional Library Board about the Heritage Centre collection. Read more about the Geelong Heritage Centre Collection Advisory Committee here.

We welcome applications from people who

  • live, work or study within the City of Greater Geelong, Colac Otway Shire, Golden Plains Shire, Surf Coast Shire or Borough of Queenscliff
  • have a good understanding of the role of the Geelong Heritage Centre and its collection, and
  • have a strong interest in the history and heritage of the area.

Appointments are for two years. You can view the full terms of reference here.

Applications close 5.00pm Friday 4 February 2022.
