COVID-19: All GRLC Libraries closed from 18 March - 14 April News

COVID-19 Update: Temporary Library Closures

Tuesday 17 March 2020

Like all Australian organisations, we are facing the challenges of a quickly-changing landscape in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Keeping the community safe is our priority. As such, all Geelong Regional Library Corporation library branches and mobile libraries will close on Wednesday 18 March (at the usual branch closing time) until at least Tuesday 14 April 2020, to try to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 within our communities.

If you have items due for return within this period, you can renew them online or return items via one of the branch external return chutes which are open 24/7. You can also contact your local branch directly by phone.

Our many digital services remain available here, including eBooks and eAudiobooks, activities for children, streaming TV, movie and music services, digital newspapers and magazines.

To find out more about our approach to this unprecedented situation and sign-up for updates, please visit www.grlc.vic.gov.au/coronavirus

For further information on COVID-19 and how to best manage your risks please visit the Department of Health & Human Services website.

Thank you for your understanding.
