Update: All public computers across our libraries are now back up and running following the recent outage. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.
We are currently experiencing a network-wide issue affecting our public computers across our library branches. This has been caused by a recent Microsoft update and is impacting several of our locations. As a result, public computer access is currently unavailable. Free Wi-Fi remains available in all libraries, and customers are welcome to bring their own devices to access online services. Our team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, it may take several days before full service is restored. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to get systems back up and running. Updates will be shared here as more information becomes available.
