Partner with Geelong Regional Libraries in 2026

Each year, we offer a limited number of partnership opportunities to host events in Wurdi Youang, our premium event space on Level 5 of the Geelong Library & Heritage Centre.

Partnership benefits include:

  • Complimentary venue hire (March–November 2026)
  • Marketing and promotion through our channels
  • Planning support from our Events team
  • On-the-day assistance from Venue Hire staff

Key Dates:

  • EOI opens: 25 October 2025
  • EOI closes: 24 December 2025
  • Successful applicants notified: 31 January 2026
  • Events delivered: March to November 2026
