Introducing our Library Plan 2025–2029

Following extensive consultation with staff, community and partners, we are proud to launch our new Library Plan 2025–2029.

This Plan sets out our vision for the next four years:
Knowledge and connection for people and communities.

This vision has been shaped by the voices of our community and is centred around four key pillars:

  • Encouraging personal curiosity
  • Evolving customer experiences
  • Enhancing community wellbeing
  • Embracing our future

The Plan provides a roadmap for how we will deliver inclusive, innovative and sustainable library services for our region.
