Boronggook Drysdale Library Update

The new Boronggook Drysdale library is nearing completion! The library will be part of the new Drysdale Town Centre at Wyndham Street and will feature communal spaces, quiet study areas, an adult changing places facility, a green roof, an internal courtyard garden, a City of Greater Geelong customer service point and resource efficient systems. The sustainable building has been designed to be a welcoming and safe space that’s open to all members of the community.

Bo-rong-gook is the Wadawarrung name for the immediate Drysdale locality and refers to turf, and is reflective of the history of the land.

While we prepare to move into the new building, located at 2-8 Wyndham St Drysdale, the existing library will close on Saturday 25 March.

We look forward to confirming opening dates very soon - stay tuned to our social media channels and website for updates.
