Colac Library customers benefit from high-speed internet

Monday 27 September 2021

Colac Library customers are benefitting from a range of improved technology services, since the branch joined Geelong Regional Libraries' network in July. These improvements include a business-grade internet service with 100MB bandwidth – a significant increase in capacity compared to the previous connection.

The latest WiFi technology is available at the library, with Wi-Fi 6 support for high capacity and automatic signal optimisation resulting in enhanced performance and a more reliable service for customers. There is also increased WiFi coverage throughout the library and meeting rooms, and library members can login to the free WiFi using a self-service function.

If you need any assistance with accessing WiFi in the library, please speak with a member of staff.
