Library Closures: Christmas and New Year

All of our libraries, mobile libraries and Kim barne thaliyu/Geelong Heritage Centre will be closed from Saturday, 24 December - Monday, 2 January inclusive.

We will see you again on Tuesday 3 January, with our regular opening hours! 

So stock up before the break, and of course you can always explore our eCollections even when our doors are shut!

All returns chutes will be closed. Please hold onto your library items until we reopen - a reminder that we don't charge fines.

Vines Road Library will be operating on the following dates throughout the 2022/23 school holidays:

  • Wed 21 Dec, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Wed 4 Jan, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Sat 7 Jan, 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
  • Mon 9 Jan, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Wed 11 Jan, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Sat 14 Jan, 9:00am – 12:00 noon
  • Mon 16 Jan, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Wed 18 Jan, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Sat 21 Jan, 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
  • Mon 23 Jan, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Wed 25 Jan, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Fri 27 Jan, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Sat 28 Jan, 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
  • Tues 31 Jan Normal school hours resume 8:30 – 3:00 pm
