Australian Centre for the Moving Image - coming soon to Geelong!

Tuesday 30 July 2019

For a week in October, the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) will be bringing their Education program to Geelong.

The Geelong Library & Heritage Centre, along with our cultural precinct neighbours, the Geelong Performing Arts Centre and Geelong Gallery, will host the ACMI Education team as they deliver a range of workshops for Primary and Secondary students.

ACMI Education will be running some of their most popular school workshops, plus trialing some brand-new workshops that will premiere at ACMI next year. Activities on offer include hands-on film and animation workshops, as well as film screenings and talks.

Teachers are invited to bring in their class for a day of fun and learning with filmmaking, animation and technology.

For the full program and to find out more information, please visit the ACMI website.
