Have your say! We are looking for people to attend a focus group and have their say about their experience with the library – from the membership sign up process to the communications you receive from us.
Was it easy to sign up? Tricky? Do we send you too much information, or not enough? Do you know about all the services available to you as a library member?
We are looking for people in our community who are existing library members, people who once were members but are no longer, and people who are members but don’t use the library.
Perhaps you are a member but you have a friend or family member who is not – we would love their thoughts too!
We’d like to hear from people from all areas, different ages and backgrounds – all we ask is that you are happy to discuss your thoughts in a friendly, small group setting.
Participants will be recognised for their time with a $40 Coles Myer Gift Card.
•Geelong Library & Heritage Centre, Tuesday 22 March 5:30pm-6:30pm (light refreshments provided)
• Geelong Library & Heritage Centre, Wednesday 23 March 10am-11.30am (morning tea provided)
• Belmont Library, Wednesday 23 March, 1pm-2.30pm (light refreshments provided)
A reminder: you will need to be double vaccinated to enter our libraries as per Government guidelines.
