Understand the access and support you need with aged care. This free information session run by Estia Health will explain how to navigate the aged care system from home care to residential care including how to access government funding, the benefits of respite care if you are a carer, and how to volunteer. There will be time to ask questions and morning tea will be provided.

Art of the Mind presents Chirpee’s Choice - The Anxious Bird, a play about mental health for primary school-aged children. Join Chirpee on his adventures in the forest where he learns the importance of sharing our worries with safe people. Guided by an array of Australian birds including Gordon the Emu, Al the Masked Owl, Larry the Lyrebird, and Queen Cassie the Cassowary, Chirpee discovers that birds sing to share their worries rather than lock them inside their heads.

You'll learn more about how beehives operate and what to consider to run your own beehive. There'll also be a chance to sample different honey varieties.
