CHIRPEE'S CHOICE – THE ANXIOUS BIRD

Art of the Mind presents Chirpee’s Choice - The Anxious Bird, a play about mental health for primary school-aged children. Join Chirpee on his adventures in the forest where he learns the importance of sharing our worries with safe people. Guided by an array of Australian birds including Gordon the Emu, Al the Masked Owl, Larry the Lyrebird, and Queen Cassie the Cassowary, Chirpee discovers that birds sing to share their worries rather than lock them inside their heads.

Join representatives from the Geelong Beekeepers Club to learn about the critical role of bees in the environment. You'll learn more about how beehives operate and what to consider to run your own beehive. There'll also be a chance to sample different honey varieties.
