Come along to meet others with common interests, get some insights and develop some tools around how to 'be there' for a mate, through being there for yourself first. This preventative mental health event is aimed at men aged 18+, and focuses on the social and cultural factors that influence wellbeing. Dinner is provided free of charge.

Are you a knitter? You can help the Rotary Club of Drysdale by knitting beanies to raise money for mental health as part of its new fundraiser: IGKNITE project. Join us at the Drysdale Library in a knitting circle to knit a beanie for this great cause. Please bring your own needles and wool.
