Online bookings are available for Level 2 and Level 4 meeting room hire.

Venue Hire Rates can be found on the 2025-2026 Schedule of Fees and are current as of 1st July, 2025.
The following discounts apply:
Standard (0% discount): Individuals and businesses
Non-profit (25% discount): NFPs, charities, government organisations, library members
Concession (70% discount): Seniors, concessions, students and community interest groups (book clubs, running clubs etc)
Please ensure you select the correct 'Booking Type' relevant to your discount category when booking online.
