Events for little readers

Bring along your baby, toddler or pre-schooler to one of the regular story time sessions at your local library branch. We have adventures, songs and stories to share.

From sessions brimming with songs and rhymes for babies, to Toddler Time and Preschool Story Time, our regular library programs are jam-packed with busy things for busy little people.

Baby Time

Come along for a fun-filled session of songs and rhymes for babies. Sessions run all year except January.

Preschool Story Time

Help your child discover the magic of stories and develop a lifelong love of reading. Sessions run during school terms.

Sensory Story Time

Sensory Story Time provides opportunities for children with additional needs to experience the magic of stories and develop a love of reading in a low-stimulus environment with tactile story-telling formats. Group size is small so bookings are recommended.
