We are experiencing a network outage

Thursday 26 May 2022

//UPDATE// - as at 1:55pm, this issue has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing a network outage, with the following impacts for our libraries:

  • There is no Internet access at Geelong Library & Heritage Centre
  • The Library app is unavailable
  • WiFi is unavailable at all library branches
  • Customers will be unable to log in to the library catalogue
  • We are not able to receive or make phone calls from libraries.

The situation is currently under investigation and we hope it will be rectified soon. Unfortunately we do not have a timeframe at this stage. We will provide updates on social media and on this news item when we have news.

Thanks for your understanding.
