New eCollections support helpline

Did you know that  BorrowBox, our online eBook and eAudiobook platform, has over 17,000 items  to choose from – nearly 10,000 eBooks and 7,000 eAudio books?

You can sign up to BorrowBox following these four simple steps:

  1. Install the BorrowBox app on  your device (such as a tablet or smartphone) - there are apps for iOS devices, Android devices and Kindle Fire
  2. Select ‘Geelong Regional Libraries'
  3. Activate with your library membership details, and
  4. Start reading and listening!

If you need help to download the app or with using BorrowBox, you can call our eCollections Helpline on (03) 4201 0645.

You’ll be able to speak with a Geelong Regional Libraries' staff member, who will take you through how to set up BorrowBox step-by-step.
