Soul Focused Psychotherapy: addressing deep inner beliefs

Local Soul Focused Psychotherapist Jo Solomon will explain what Soul Focused Psychotherapy (SFP) is and how SFP can help people on a day-to-day basis to decrease negative and depressive thinking, reduce fears, limiting personal beliefs and destructive behaviours. Soul Focused Psychotherapy seeks to alleviate your personal problems at their source—the deepest inner belief systems and subsequent programs of behaviour held in your subconscious mind. Soul Focused Psychotherapy identifies the source of a presenting problem rather than only addressing the symptoms and behaviours.
