The competition opens on Monday 24 August and the competition closes Sunday 6 September. 2. Entries received after the closing time and date will be deemed ineligible. 3. Entrants are the parents or guardians of the children. Children’s first name only. 4. To enter this competition, you must complete the entry form located in our libraries. Under no circumstances will we share any entrant’s personal information with any third parties, partners or affiliates. 5. By entering this competition, you warrant to GRLC that you are eligible to enter this competition based on these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should not enter the competition or accept any prize resulting from entry into the competition. 6. Employees and their immediate families of the Geelong Regional Library Corporation and the Geelong Arts Centre are ineligible to enter. 7. GRLC reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Failure by GRLC to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 8. The use of false names (being names by which the entrant is not usually known) or false addresses will result in disqualification. 9. Only one entry permitted per child. Tickets are for performances on Saturday 19 September only. 10. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 11. The winners will be drawn on Wednesday 9 September and notified by contact details supplied.

At its Board meeting held on Thursday 30 April 2026, the Geelong Regional Library Corporation (GRLC) resolved to place the Draft Budget 2026-27 and Strategic Resource Plan 2027-30 on public exhibition in preparation for adoption on Thursday 25 June 2026.
We are currently experiencing a network-wide issue affecting our public computers across our library branches. As a result, public computer access is currently unavailable.
We are reviewing our mobile library service across Golden Plains and the Bellarine, and we’re inviting community feedback to help guide its future.
