Have you heard the exciting news? The City of Greater Geelong is building a new Drysdale library in the town square to service Drysdale, Clifton Springs, Curlewis and northern Bellarine Peninsula communities.
In September 2020, the City undertook a survey of the Bellarine community, and the engagement survey results have informed the design of the new library.
We have been working in partnership with the City to deliver features and services the community need and expect of a modern library branch. We're excited for the community to see the inspiring design which will provide a beautiful, functional and much larger library for the Drysdale community and enable us to expand our library services and programs.
They are running two public information sessions where you will be able to see design plans and ask questions about the development.
These sessions are drop-in, come anytime during the time slots below.
• 5.00pm – 8.00pm Tuesday 2 February • 9am – 12noon, Saturday 6 February
Location: Drysdale Senior Citizens Centre, Town Square, Drysdale.
