Spiri Tsintziras – My Ikaria

A few years ago, Spiri Tsintziras found herself mentally, physically and spiritually depleted – raising kids, running a household and managing a business and asked "What is it all for?". The people of Ikaria – part of the famous ‘Blue Zone’ – live happy, healthy and long lives.
