Dementia Australia is the unified, national body for people of all ages, living with all forms of dementia, their families and carers.The session provides information on dementia and services: what dementia is, including causes, signs, symptoms and risk factors; how dementia is diagnosed; how to seek help; and what services are available.
This creative and fun session of crafting utilises old books and other recycled material to create original gifts.
Yoga teacher Sherrill Harvey will lead you on a journey to discover the benefits of yoga and meditation. Participants will begin with some simple standing stretches followed by a seated guided meditation. Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!

With the increased access to betting, the proliferation of advertising and emergence of simulated gambling digital games, it is becoming more frequent for casual gamblers to become entrapped by the lure of quick money. Come and get the facts on gambling. Questions will be answered, and a financial counsellor will be available for those affected by gambling.
