The traditional Japanese origami paper crane is a world-wide recognizable symbol of peace. Come along to a workshop and join in this project of gifting peace, healing and harmony in the world by creating paper peace cranes. The Peace Cranes created will be collected and displayed in exhibits around Geelong in time for International Day of Peace on 21st September 2017.
Join with other participants to bring a play to life. This is your chance to be a star for a day! Pick the script and choose your character to read aloud with fellow cast members.

Gisela Gardener is the subject of Bill William’s Bleed, an incredible story of a woman who suffers a catastrophic bleed in her brain whilst in the middle of the desert with her GP husband. The book tells this nerve-wracking tale and the ensuing dramas of family and friends as she teeters recurrently on the brink. Gisela will talk about her experience and her long road to recovery.
