The ExChange is a two-day network and showcase conference for the Australia and New Zealand music industry, produced by Folk Alliance International in partnership with the Port Fairy Folk Festival.

As part of the conference there will be free folk music performances at the Geelong Library & Heritage Centre. FREE. All welcome, no bookings required.

In this session you'll learn some simple stretches and techniques to release physical and mental tension, and develop good posture and habits to help take care of your body. Stretches are done either seated on a chair or standing.
