Join us for a quiz to test your local knowledge on the Great Ocean Road! Answers to all the questions can be found in the September issue of History Matters, the Torquay Museum Without Walls quarterly journal. First prize is a one year’s subscription to this journal and the title of 'Great Ocean Road Aficionado'.Presented in collaboration with Torquay Museum Without Walls.

This special event will be held at the Airey's Inlet Community Hall in conjunction with our scheduled Surf Coast Mobile Library visit.

On 19 September 1919 construction began on what would become one of the world’s greatest roads, the Great Ocean Road. Join staff from the Heritage Centre for a presentation of photographs and film recording the development of the Great Ocean Road. Light refreshments will be served, bookings essential.
