3D Pens are a great way to sculpt quickly in 3D. We have some great project ideas to help you get the hang of them, or draw your own creation. Ages 14+
This beginner's class at Corio Library will teach you to use the embroidery function on our sewing machines, which are available for public use. Attendees will produce a small item from start to finish during their two-hour class, which they will take home. Those undertaking this class must have either attended a Basic Sewing class or must know how to use a sewing machine. Bookings essential.
EcoVoices is a project run by Karina Donkers, who has spent the past eight months travelling the East Coast of Australia gathering stories and advocating on behalf of species being affected by climate change and habitat destruction. Karina will speak about her own work and journey, as well as that of some inspiring individuals and organisations she has connected with and the creative ways they are helping safeguard our future.

Join leather artist Aram O’Mara and learn how to create a keytag, coaster and coin purse. Leather crafting or simply leathercraft is the practice of making leather into craft objects or works of art, using shaping techniques, colouring techniques or both. Come along and explore this unique craft.
