Rapid Antigen Tests now at libraries

Tuesday 31 January

Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) are now available at our libraries (except Bannockburn and Queenscliff).

Community members can take up to two kits per person plus up to two for each household member, while those with a disability or their carer can collect up to four packets of tests.

There are no eligibility requirements. RATs are a convenient and fast way to detect COVID-19 early. There are no eligibility requirements when collecting free tests.

Queenscliff residents can collect at the Hub, Golden Plains residents can head to customer service centres in Bannockburn and Smythesdale.

Following the closure of state PCR testing sites, the Victorian Government is supporting local councils to distribute free tests until June this year.
