Why can’t you continue to offer Click & Deliver service for everyone?

We were delighted to offer Click & Deliver to our members while our communities were in Stage 3 restrictions. Howerver, now that restrictions are easing, Click & Collect will provide a more efficient, timely and sustainable way for us to support the community to access our Collection. We are pleased to be able to offer members unlimited Click & Collect orders per month, as well as continue to offer the service once libraries re-open.

We are also pleased to continue to offer our Click & Deliver service for vulnerable people and those who are unable to make use of the Click & Collect service - this will continue until the end of the year. Please see our Click & Deliver page for more information.

What is the situation with Mobile Libraries?
