eCollections

The eCollections cover a range of subjects, information and learning needs and are available to use whenever and wherever there is an Internet connection. Some of the resources are governed by a licence agreement and require a library card number to gain access and some are restricted for use within the library only. The collections consist of databases, e-Books, e-Magazines, newspapers, learning programs and streaming music.

You can browse through our eCollections in two ways:

Many of our eCollections have apps (Applications for smart phones and tablets) associated with them that enhance and allow you to use the service.

There are two main types of tablets on the market currently,

  • Android based operating system (Made by various companies such as Samsung, HTC, Asus, and include Nexus and Galaxy tablets and phones)
  • iOS based operating system (Made by Apple, and includes iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad)
