Disability Access Survey

Tell us what you think.

We invite your participation in this short survey to help inform the development of a Disability Access and Inclusion Plan, that will guide our initiatives to provide enhanced spaces and services. Your feedback will be anonymous and handled with the highest confidentiality.

The survey covers a range of topics and seeks the views of:

·        People with a disability who use our libraries and mobile services
·        Parents of a child with disability
.        People who currently do not use our libraries
